There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
Up to 90 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation by the guest between the 90th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
– Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price
– Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
– Cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival: 90 % of the agreed total price
If the guest does not turn up (‘no show’) or departs early, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation fee.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
In the event of cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be refunded and in the event of cancellation less than 2 months before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained.
Due to Corona, free cancellation applies if the forecast is demonstrably poor or there is a travel warning. Please contact us for this at info@hoermannhof.it
The prices are for 4 nights, including all taxes, BrixenCard and exclusive local tax.

The amount is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of the stay in the municipal area.
The prices quoted do not include the municipal tourist tax (local tax) €2.40 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, which is payable on site.
We ask for a deposit of between €150 and €350 to confirm the booking.

On the day of arrival, the holiday apartment/room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat or room by 9 am.
If necessary, an earlier arrival or later departure time is also possible. Please contact us shortly before your arrival.
You can pay us in cash or by bank transfer.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
